I have always loved interior design from being a young child helping my parents rearrange their furniture to now helping clients realise they too can have the home of their dreams.

Not influenced by passing trends or fashion, my use of colour and texture, combined with a passion for antiques and the decorative arts, bring to life the interiors of residences and commercial properties alike.

In my work, close collaboration with specialised craftsmen and workshops creates a full design service from concept to completion. It is my goal to enhance the architecture of a space without compromising comfort and sophistication.

The famed interior designer Albert Hadley once said, “the essence of interior design will always be about people and how they live. It is about the realities of what makes for an attractive, civilised, meaningful environment, not about fashion or what’s in or what’s out.” This quote has been the guiding light in my 18 year career in this, my cherished, field of work. From starting my first studio in Boston, Massachusetts to working with some of the most acclaimed furniture designers in New York City and now setting roots in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales, I firmly believe that interiors are about the inhabitants and capturing the soul of a dwelling. From modern penthouses in Boston, casual yet elevated family homes in Nashville, Floridian mansions to Georgian homes in North Yorkshire, I firmly believe that design should always be sympathetic to the needs of my clients and the spaces they inhabit.
